Jonathan Petersen (Jonny P.)
Jonathan Petersen (aka Jonny P.) is a self-taught artist based in Victoria, BC. He primarily makes carvings and paintings from found materials such as wood and sheet metal. Even when he is producing drawings, they have the markings and qualities of carved imagery.
Below is a selection of recent fine art works as well as a few small artist books that compile drawings inspired from collected overheard comments and conversations.
